At Colman-Wolf, we can’t and will not assume anything. Our “Investigate” program is where we begin to uncover your needs. This is the foundation of our program and where our relationship begins. Our Professional Account Managers and I.C.E. representatives will meet with you and your team to truly understand your critical needs, wants and goals. The next step is to perform a site tour where we begin to create your needs / GAP analysis. Before presenting, we consult with our vendor partners and follow that with our customized “Investigate” solutions plan.
10 / 10 PLAN
Once the details of the needs analysis are explained, the GAP analysis is discussed and we have presented our final customized “Investigate” janitorial solutions plan, you can simply move forward and let our implementation team get started. Or, you can agree to select our 10 / 10 Program. Our team breaks into action to implement the steps necessary to execute the plan. We start monitoring and tracking the results to ensure the plans meets the 10 / 10. Simply put – if we don’t reduce your cost by 10% in 10 months, Colman-Wolf will credit you the difference – NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
